With hundreds of emails to attend to each day and 9 other networks to maintain I find it impossible to personally welcome every new member. Thats why I placed a welcome on the main page. I know it is not the same but at least you won't feel totally neglected.

Thanks so much, didn't know that you had that many other sites. I had never noticed the Welcome on the main page. I am happy to Welcome people, just there might be times when I can't, and my computer plays up a lot on me, but I still manage to get things done, mostly. Have a great day Alexander.
